General Maintenance Technician

This maintenance position is a full-time, year-round,  journey–level position, under general supervision.

Essential functions

  • The General Maintenance Technician generally works the first shift, but must have some flexibility in scheduling.  This role performs a wide variety of routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, sweeping, raking, picking up trash, mowing lawns, weed whacking, etc. Must be able to follow instructions (written and verbal), and being a cooperative team player, working by yourself sometimes, and remaining flexible in assignments are required.
